Qilin RaaS Group Believed to Be Behind Synnovis, NHS Attack

Patient care at multiple NHS hospitals and primary care facilities in London continues to be disrupted following a ransomware attack by Russian-speaking cyber criminal gang, Qilin. The attack on pathology services vendor, Synnovis, has been named as “one of the more serious” cyber attacks in England. The interruption to Synnovis’ IT systems has affected transplants, blood testing and other services, as the company works to recover.
