NHS updates on disruptions, potential data breach following London lab ransomware attack

A ransomware cyber attack on UK pathology lab, Synnovis, has disrupted operations for the NHS entities it serves, primarily in southeast London. Over 800 planned operations and 700 outpatient appointments have been rescheduled. The NHS is now coordinating efforts to manage the disruption and establish any data impact. Urgent and emergency services continue, but disruptions are expected for some time.
