QuoteWizard, a subsidiary of LendingTree, suffered a data breach after its Snowflake cloud storage account was compromised. Reportedly, at least 165 Snowflake customers have been breached through stolen credentials. A whistleblower claimed Microsoft prioritised profit over security. A Chinese cyberespionage campaign penetrated 20,000 FortiGate systems. Ransomware affected Ascension healthcare as a result of an employee error, while the New York Times’ source code was leaked.
