Gang leaks NHS patient data on the dark web

Ransomware gang Qilin published 400GB of patient and financial data on the dark web from Synnovis, an NHS partner conducting crucial tests. Qilin, allegedly from Russia, claimed the attack was a protest against the UK, while also demanding a £50 million ransom. The incident led to numerous NHS appointment and operation cancellations.
