NHS cyber attack data taken from Synnovis system, provider confirms

The UK’s National Health Service (NHS) has been impacted by a cyberattack attributed to Russian group Qilin, targeting Synnovis, which manages blood tests. Patient data was stolen and published online, but the extent of the data and identities of the affected patients are still unknown. As a result, hundreds of operations and appointments have been cancelled.
