Singapore holds emergency meetings with CII sectors over Log4j

The Cyber Security Agency (CSA) of Singapore has held emergency talks with the critical information infrastructure (CII) sector in response to potential threats posed by the Log4j vulnerability. The CSA issued alerts calling for organisations to patch their systems to the latest version immediately. No Log4j-related breaches were reported when the alerts were issued on 14 December. An updated alert by the CSA stressed the severity of the flaw as Log4j is widely used by software developers, which could result in “serious consequences”.
