Thousands of hospital appointments and procedures postponed after cyber attack
Following the June 3 cyber attack on Synnovis, the NHS has experienced disruptions with nearly 6,304 outpatient appointments and 1,527 procedures postponed at King’s College Hospital and Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital. Pathology services are at 54% capacity. Officials urge for blood donations, particularly type O, to assist.
