Nearly all AT&T subscribers’ call records stolen in Snowflake cloud hack

Nearly all AT&T cellular customers have had their call and text records exposed due to a breach on Snowflake, a third-party cloud platform. Although the leaked data is not believed to include names, SSNs, birth dates or personally identifiable information, it potentially reveals the numbers AT&T subscribers communicated with. AT&T is reportedly working with law enforcement to investigate the matter and has stated that at least one person has been apprehended.
