A majority of the SEC lawsuit against SolarWinds has been dismissed

A judge has thrown out most of the SEC’s case against SolarWinds. The lawsuit claimed the company made false statements about its cybersecurity practices and financial performance, but the judge ruled that the SEC failed to provide enough evidence to support these claims.
