How Korea’s Catholic Medical Center is pursuing digital maturity across its 8 hospitals

Catholic Medical Center (CMC), a South Korean hospital network, has undergone a digital transformation using three health assessment tools from the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS). The results showed the baseline level of digital maturity of CMC’s hospitals, highlighting that it was well-placed for digital transformation. Moving forward, CMC plans to focus on patient-centric care and EMR user adoption.
