Change Healthcare begins the process of notifying victims of February hack

US healthcare firm, Change Healthcare, has started notifying victims of a ransomware attack in February that supposedly impacted one third of all Americans. The firm has faced issues involving the vast volume and complexity of the affected data, which took until June to fully understand what had been stolen. The incident cost nearly $1bn and saw the company’s systems down until mid-March.
