The Pharmacists’ Defence Association (PDA) has advised locums to document online agreements due to unilateral changes being made after contracts are confirmed. Incidents include changes to rates, shifts, and false accusations towards locums. Despite reporting such breaches, the NHS has yet to prevent closures or impose penalties.
