First Walgreens Store Files to Unionize with the Pharmacy Guild

Pharmacists and technicians at a Walgreens store in Vancouver filed a petition to unionize through the Pharmacy Guild amid complaints of insufficient staffing and heavy workloads. This is the seventh application to the Pharmacy Guild and the first from Walgreens. The workers claim the working conditions are risking patient safety and call on Walgreens to improve conditions.
