Fair Square Medicare Unveils Generative AI Platform for Medicare Organizations

San Francisco-based start-up Fair Square Medicare has launched an AI platform called Vox aimed at supporting seniors enrolling in Medicare. The technology is designed for use by Medicare carriers and brokers, and features include AI voice agents, AI insights and AI-powered coaching. This tool ultimately seeks to supplement the work of human agents, particularly at larger centres where performance and retention scores may be low.
