Caresyntax Secures $180M to Advance Precision Surgery Platform

Caresyntax, a vendor-neutral surgery platform provider, has secured $180m in a funding round featuring Symbiotic Capital, MTIP AG, BIONIQ Capital and BlackRock Innovation Capital. The round included $80m in equity and up to $100m in growth debt. Caresyntax’s software and AI platform are used by more than 30,000 surgical professionals in 3,000 operating rooms globally. The funds will be used to expand customer adoption and product development, and to make strategic acquisitions.
