Northwestern Medicine integrates DAX Copilot with Epic, seeking workflow efficiencies

Northwestern Medicine has integrated Nuance’s Dragon Ambient eXperience Copilot (DAX Copilot) into its Epic electronic health record system. The voice tool is designed to ease clinical documentation, enabling more time for patient care. Already, Northwestern clinicians have seen more than 11 additional clients per month and a 17% drop in after-hours charting at home after using the tool.
