HITRUST unveils new tool for AI risk management

HITRUST has rolled out an AI Risk Management Assessment designed to verify the safety of AI deployments in healthcare and other sectors. Intended for aligning with NIST and ISO/IEC regulations, the assessment aims to ensure effective AI oversight and successful demonstrating of risk management outcomes. HITRUST is also planning to launch an AI Security Certification Program later this year.
