Oklahoma hospital exec heads to Missouri for COO role

Tony Torres, former assistant CEO of AllianceHealth Durant in Oklahoma, will become the COO of Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center in Missouri, starting September 9. Both hospitals are part of Community Health Systems.
