Poll: Most Who Use Artificial Intelligence Doubt AI Chatbots Provide Accurate Health Information

Around 63% of the public and 56% of AI users lack confidence in the accuracy of health information provided by AI chatbots, per a new KFF Health Misinformation Tracking Poll. Trust in chatbot responses varies with the information type; most users trust responses related to practical tasks (66%) and technology (61%), but fewer trust health (36%) and political (24%) responses.
