‘TIDrone’ Cyberattackers Target Taiwan’s Drone Manufacturers

‘Chinese-speaking’ hacker group “TIDrone” is targeting drone manufacturers in Taiwan’s military and satellite-related industrial sectors. The hackers use enterprise resource planning software or remote desktop tools to deploy advanced malware, according to cybersecurity company Trend Micro. Tactics include uploading and downloading files, stealing information, disabling antivirus products, and employing anti-analysis techniques.
