Trump on ObamaCare repeal: 'I have concepts of a plan'

Donald Trump, former U.S. president, wants to again attempt to repeal ObamaCare, however, he does not currently have a plan for its replacement. He states ObamaCare has failed and is too costly for Americans. Yet, most congressional Republicans are uninterested in another try at its termination. Since 2014, about 50 million Americans have enlisted in ObamaCare insurance plans.
