Salesforce to launch pre-built AI tools for healthcare

Salesforce has introduced a library of healthcare-specific AI tools on its Health Cloud platform to automate mundane tasks, trigger clinician workflows and speed up patient care. The new features offered via Salesforce’s Einstein AI Copilot include comprehensive patient summaries and a tool for validating insurance coverage and determining costs and eligibility. The features are expected to become generally available in October.
