Entro Security Labs Releases Non-Human Identities Research Security Advisory

A study by Entro Security Labs reveals significant cybersecurity risks, with 97% of Non-Human Identities (NHIs) having too much authority, leading to unauthorized access and increased attacks, and 92% of organizations exposing these NHIs to third parties. The report also found 44% of tokens being dangerously exposed and improperly managed, whilst 71% of NHIs were not changed or updated according to recommendation, enhancing the likelihood of a security breach. The researchers believe their findings call for better secrets management security practices.
