Becker’s has reported on a number of healthcare-related lawsuits. These include Epic Systems being sued by a startup over market competition issues, and the FTC suing CVS Caremark, Optum Rx and Express Scripts over insulin price inflation. Other lawsuits involve Northwest Medical Center-Bentonville, Oregon Health Center, Beaufort Memorial Hospital, Dunes Surgical Hospital, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, the Cigna Group, 80 hospitals suing the HHS, and Aetna facing a class-action lawsuit.
