Humana, Interwell Health Expand Value-Based Kidney Care Agreement to Florida –

Humana and Interwell Health are expanding their value-based care deal to include Florida, offering comprehensive care and resources for Humana Medicare Advantage members with chronic or end-stage kidney disease. Eligible members will gain access to Interwell’s network of nephrologists and in-house virtual support. The partnership has previously reduced unnecessary hospital admissions by 5% and facilitated successful kidney transplants.
