Apache Log4j threat persists in global finance sector

Cyber threat expert Anis Haboubi warned financial industry organizations of continued risks from the Apache Log4j2 vulnerability (CVE-2021-44832). Evidence of this was seen in recent breaches at Sisense and Snowflake. The attacks may have leaked customer data, endangering interconnected financial systems. Haboubi urged organizations to update logging configurations and strengthen SSH security measures.
