Arkansas-based Evolve Bank confirms cyber attack and data breach By Reuters

Evolve Bank and Trust confirmed a cyber attack resulted in customers’ data being illegally posted on the dark web. Law enforcement has been engaged to investigate and impacted customers will be offered complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection services. The US Federal Reserve had previously ordered Evolve to strengthen its risk management. Cybercrime group Lockbit 3.0 has claimed responsibility for the hack.
