Aussie printing company suffers alleged 300Gb data breach
Ransom House, a data-extortion group, has claimed to have stolen around 300GB of data from printing company Advance Press. Despite the company’s ties to the Australian government and Fortune 500 companies, there are doubts around the legitimacy of Ransom House’s claims. The group, which disputes its label as a ransomware operator, has been identified by cybersecurity firm Trellix as a Ransomware-as-a-Service (RaaS) gang known for double extortion.
