Baptist Health brings urgent care waits down to 6 minutes with telemedicine

Baptist Health, operating in Kentucky and Indiana, is utilizing standalone video visit kiosks in their urgent care locations to deal with staffing issues. The TytoClinic kiosks allow patients with lower-acuity issues to see a virtual provider immediately, rather than wait for in-person care. Since implementation, the service has been used around 1,700 times with a median wait time of just six minutes.
