BiBi Wiper Used in the Israel-Hamas War Now Runs on Windows

Pro-Hamas hacktivist groups are reported to have deployed a new ‘wiper’ malware, dubbed BiBi. The malware, designed to cause data destruction, was used against Israeli companies’ networks after the physical war between Hamas and Israel escalated into the cyber realm. The nicknamed ‘BiBi’ malware was found in Linux systems by Security Joes, with a variant for Windows systems found shortly after by the BlackBerry Research and Intelligence Team.
