Bijna alle malware verbergt zich achter encryptie

According to a report by WatchGuard Technologies, 95% of malware currently reaches victims via encrypted connections, primarily hiding behind SSL/TLS encryption used by secure websites. If traffic isn’t inspected for this, most malware will likely be missed by organisations. Zero-day malware detections have also dropped to a record low of 11%, however, the detection of malware attempting to evade detection rose to 66% when inspected via encrypted connections.
