Blue Shield of California announces faster CRM data tools

Blue Shield of California launched a new Salesforce-based care management system called Care Connect. The system, which collates member health data from 13 different sources, aims to offer a holistic view of its members and to streamline the enrolment lifecycle. The tool has expanded self-service capabilities for employers and has already seen digital enrolment rise by 75% and manually-reviewed group enrolment decline by 50%.
