Boston Children’s Hospital rolls out hybrid 5G network as it switches to Epic

Boston Children’s Hospital plans to transition to a unified Epic electronic health record across all its care sites by 2024. In a parallel initiative, the hospital is partnering with T-Mobile to launch a hybrid 5G network, to improve healthcare providers’ access to critical patient data and support in-home patient care.
