Built at Redesign Health, Harmonic Health launches for dementia care delivery

Harmonic Health, a dementia care platform, has launched and partnered with Stoney Batter Family Medicine to offer dementia screening, caregiver support, and education. Harmonic provides care-management, physician-engagement, behavioural, social and medical support, telehealth, predictive care, and educational content. The company was built at Redesign Health, alongside other notable healthtech firms such as Fort Health, UpLift, and Jasper Health.
