Business-oriented threat involving ‘several types of malware all at once’ remains active
An FBI-alerted malware campaign has led to over 10,000 attacks on at least 200 targets globally, according to Kaspersky. The threats comprised a range of malware such as cryptominers and keyloggers, causing vast harm to victims like government agencies and a variety of businesses. Despite the campaign not being associated with any cyber threat groups, the B2B industry remains jeopardized, as new versions of the malware continue to emerge.
