Chicago hospital CEO to retire

Guy Medaglia, president and CEO of Saint Anthony Hospital in Chicago, will retire on January 10. Medaglia has led the hospital since 2007, navigating its transition into an independent hospital, achieving financial stability, and expanding services. He has also challenged Illinois’ Medicaid reimbursement process and plans to see a federal lawsuit through to its conclusion.
