U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) has identified five new security vulnerabilities actively exploited, including three high-severity flaws in Veritas Backup Exec Agent software. These flaws could execute privileged commands in the system and have already been patched. Other vulnerabilities affect Microsoft Windows and Arm Mali GPU Kernel Driver. Federal agencies have until April 28, 2023, to patch the flaws. Apple has also released updates for iOS, iPadOS, and macOS to address two zero-day flaws exploited in real-world attacks.
