Coastguard helicopter lands at James Cook Hospital with casualty following rescue

A coastguard helicopter landed this afternoon for a rescue operation in the Staithes area. Roads around Marton Road hospital were closed briefly for the helicopter landing. The helicopter carried a casualty from the scene, but the condition of the patient is unknown.
