CommonWell adds new network members, interoperability advancements

CommonWell Health Alliance has launched a new platform for health information exchange, enabling smoother data transition. Collaborative members athenahealth, ModuleMD and Solace Health were the first to use the platform. The new layout also facilitates compliance with TEFCA’s national standards and enhances security measures. With the addition of AxiomEHR, Nightingale Technology and RXTrail, the CommonWell Health Alliance now has more than 70 members. Evidence of the partnership’s success is shown in the seven billion health records exchanged and 238 million patients serviced.
