Cyber attack on hospitals impacts 1,130 operations in London
Over 1,130 operations and 2,190 outpatient appointments have been postponed following a cyber attack against London hospitals carried out by hackers targeting pathology services provider Synnovis. NHS England reported that King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust were the most heavily affected. The attack continued to significantly impact the NHS services in southeast London.
