Firms of all sizes should adopt a “security culture” regarding cyber-threats, according to the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Its Cyber-resilience web page states firms should be able to identify and prioritise their information assets, protect these assets, detect breaches and learn to evolve to meet new threats. Firms should also conduct robust risk assessments with a focus on the impact of possible cyber attacks.
