DarkGate Malware-as-a-Service Evolved as Complete Toolkit

DarkGate, a comprehensive Malware-as-a-Service (MaaS) package discovered in 2018, is sold via subscription on underground forums. With its features such as privilege escalation and keylogging, DarkGate is used to compromise global systems. An attack involving the malware against the holding company Musaruba was halted in 2023. The malware, updated regularly, costs up to $15,000 per month and has grown in clientele from 10 to 30 users. Its new version has improved execution chain yet maintains some features from its previous version.
