Data stolen in cyber attack on health board published on dark web

Cybercriminals have released data onto the dark web following their attack on NHS Dumfries and Galloway. The attack saw the criminals access a significant amount of data, including patient and staff information. After a portion of the data was released in March, hackers threatened that more would follow. The health board has established a helpline and is co-operating with a police investigation.
