Data stolen in cyber attack on health board published on dark web

Data, including contact details, of patients and staff of NHS Dumfries and Galloway was recently released onto the dark web following an attack by cyber criminals, leading to an unfurls of concern. The health board suspect more data releases to follow after receiving threats. It is working with police and other agencies to investigate the matter and has set up a helpline for concerned individuals.
