Singapore-based start-up SECTA5 has launched Cartographer, an AI-powered platform to speed up cybersecurity threat analysis and response. It replaces the manual triage of disclosed vulnerabilities, accomplishing these tasks two times faster and with greater precision. An increase in software vulnerabilities and a shortage of security professionals, has made security triage increasingly ineffective. Cartographer has been successfully tested in real-life trials, with clients accelerating their cyber risk operations. Co-founder Sky Seah stressed the importance of organisations identifying fundamental cyber risks and prioritizing them accordingly.
