Despite overtime and weekends, cybersecurity professionals are happy

Healthcare CIOs should ensure that their cybersecurity professionals, including CISOs, are happy in their jobs due to the increasing prevalence of cyberattacks in the healthcare sector. A survey conducted by cybersecurity vendor Farsight Security found that despite working long hours and weekends, the majority of IT security professionals find their job rewarding and plan to stay in the field. This is good news considering the shortage of cybersecurity skills and the financial implications of cybercrime.
