Digital health funding declines, but check sizes swell: CB Insights

Global digital health funding decreased in Q2, with the number of agreements at its lowest since 2014, according to a report by CB Insights. Startups raised $2.9 billion via 235 deals worldwide, a 26% decline QoQ. However, the average annual deal size for H1 2024 increased 40% YoY to $16.7 million, suggesting investors are focusing on fewer, higher-value deals.
