Doccla Secures $45.9M to Scale Virtual Ward Solutions Across Europe

London-based remote patient monitoring service, Doccla, has raised $45.9m in a Series B funding round led by Lakestar. The funds will be used to expand Doccla’s services across Europe, particularly in France and the DACH region. Doccla’s virtual wards have already seen success in the UK; they help healthcare providers by enabling early patient discharge and 24/7 remote monitoring while improving the recovery environment for patients.
