Drugmaker might be 1st healthcare company to top $1 trillion valuation

Eli Lilly could become the first healthcare firm with a $1tn market value, propelled by the popularity of its weight loss and diabetes drugs, Zepbound and Moinjaro. The drugs accounted for almost 40% of the company’s total sales, contributing to a 10% stock rise after its Q2 results were announced. Eli Lilly’s market value is currently almost $900m.
