Emirates Health Services leverages AI-powered speech recognition to reduce clinician burnout

Emirates Health Service (EHS) has adopted 3M’s AI-powered speech-recognition tool, Fluency Direct, to aid clinicians in documenting patient records and reduce burnout. The implementation of this solution has been well received, with a 70% adoption rate across the health service, and 94% of users stating that the technology has halved their documentation time, thereby decreasing burnout.
